Casale Miramonti is a farmhouse located between Cingoli and Filottrano in a wonderful position with a sweeping panorama that stretches as far as the Sibillini Mountains.
It is easy to reach, thanks to the presence of a communal road. The nearest village is around 3km away and offers all the services one could need. The town of Filottrano is about 10km away, while the Conero, with its wonderful beaches, is about 30-40 minutes away.
The farmhouse is around 400 square metres for the main building, to which you can add an outbuilding of 300 square metres. There is a garden courtyard, covering an area of approximately 5600 square metres. Mains electricity connection and water supply are easily accessible.
