Thanks to a luxuriant and particularly beautiful countryside, where you can admire woods, birds and animals that hardly find asylum elsewhere. The garden of about one hectare is not the only aspect that makes the villa special: the panorama is no different, as are the interiors. The property was recently rebuilt in a rural and elegant style, in compliance with anti-seismic regulations.
The surface area of 180 square meters is arranged over two floors, to which a basement must be added: this is where the tavern is located. The floor, both inside and out, is in terracotta. There is also a fireplace. Casale Paradiso is located near the Conero and places of interest such as Loreto and Recanati. It is a true paradise, just as the name suggests.

Villa della Rovere: in Cingoli, the “Balcony of the Marches”
The second house with a tavern we focus on is Villa delle Rovere. It is located in the charming village of Cingoli, known as the “Balcony of the Marches”. The location is strategic, near the sea and the mountains as well as all services. The panorama reaches up to the Apennines.
The property belonged to the Della Rovere Counts and was later reopened as an equestrian center. It was later converted into a renowned hotel-restaurant. In 2001, Villa Rovere underwent total restoration work involving approximately 1,200 square meters of farmhouse and accessories, plus three hectares of land.
There is also a swimming pool, which only needs restoration. The ideal intended use is that of a beauty farm or country house, thanks to an exceptional naturalistic context as well as the harmonious and functional organization of the spaces.

Villa Scalco: between the sea and the mountains
The last house with tavern that we have selected from the Marche Country Homes catalog is Villa Scalco and is located on the top of a hill, near San Severino Marche. The outdoor environment is intimate and cozy, with two hectares of land where you can admire a park and an olive grove, which envelop it in a majestic and evocative whole.
The structure was built in the eighteenth century and is suggestive in all its spaces, including the entrance, where you can admire the centuries-old horse chestnuts. The interiors are precious and represent an example, now quite rare to find, of patrician architecture typical of the Marche region of the eighteenth century.
Villa Scalco has a floor area of about 400 square meters, with refined finishes and valuable furnishing components, as evidenced by the frescoes in the halls. It is much more than a simple house with a cellar: it is a real object of luxury and prestige.
