Have a look at this beauty.
The bricks of Farmhouse Montefano were made by the historical and famous Smorlesi kiln, one of the few kilns of the region Marche that are still manufacturing.
The location is the province of Macerata on the border with the province of Ancona, one of the most beautiful and typical areas for its gentle landscape (as quoted from Leopardi’s Infinite).
The city of Macerata is ten kilometers away, a beautiful university town with its famous Sferisterio amphitheater – second in line after Verona Arena – where during the Summer stunning opera takes place with world famous artists.
The seaside and the white shores of the Mount Conero in particular is less than half-an-hour away.
A solid farmhouse, with a strong structure with a typical outdoors stairway, a classical farmhouse as described in rural architecture books.
On the ground floor, there are some rooms with windows and doors that can be transformed in accordance to your needs. The surface of the ground floor is 120 square meters.
On the first floor, there is the actual house with a mezzanine, for a total surface of 160 square meters.
Farmhouse Montefano needs to be restored.
The outbuilding is actually beautiful, it can be inhabited now, with some finishing touches: a surface of 100 square meters on one single floor, large windows with view over the garden, a large and evocative fireplace made in bricks.
The road is well kept; the nearest town is 3 km away.
Municipal water, electricity and heating system only for the outbuilding.
The garden is planted and fenced over a surface of 4000 square meters.
Plans of the Farmhouse Montefano can be delivered by request, as well as a project draft for the restoration works.
