Villa Pesaro

In Pesaro there’s a historical villa, few kilometers from the seaside, that you can overlook from several corners in the woods that surround the property.

This is a very elegant historical villa, built in the Eighteenth Century, a typical patrician villa with its noble floor and the double stairways, indorrs and outdoors.

It was completely restored in 2010 with precious materials and frescoes over the high vaulted ceilings.

A central hallway, on the ground floor, divides the relax area, with a sitting room and a large stone fireplace, the fitness room and the bathroom of the dining room, well equipped kitchen with a beautiful fireplace, that is ideal for barbecuing. The materials used are: cotto, Mogentale wood parquets, wooden beams and lintels, frescoes and plasters. An amazing marble stairway leads to the upper floors, where you can find five bedrooms and three bathrooms. More specifically, there are three bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms, while two rooms are used as study rooms. In one of these rooms there is a stariway leading to the upper floor where there are three rooms and a panoramic terrace.

The house covers a surface of 420 square meters. There are two outbuildings, for a total surface of 150 square meters. The main outbuilding is 80 square meters large, while the other is 70 square meters with a porch. It could easily be turned into kitchen with porch. There’s a also a pergola with a stunning wisteria.

The park is 8800 square meters with more than 100 nut trees, maritime pines, oak trees and cypresses. The garden surrounding the villa is 1200 square meters.
