Vignabianca Huis

A small village / borgo to restore located in the countryside of Arcevia, the ideal place for anyone who wants to arrange a new Bed&Breakfast or a tourist accommodation facility.

There are two main buildings, and two more agricultural outbuildings, for a total surface of 600 square meters. Both buildings in the middle of the courtyard (5000 square meters) are quite typical.

Farmhouses Vignabianca in Arcevia are made of ancient bricks, typical for the area.

They need to be completely restored.

The road is well kept, drinkable water is near the property, there used to be electricity and it is easy to connect again.
