This farmhouse is found in one of the many hamlets of the relatively large town of Cingoli, specifically a neighbourhood whose five other families are always ready to lend each other a hand.  Strangely enough, the social contact sadly missing from today’s cities and towns can still be found way out in the country.

As can be seen, the home has been completely renovated. Each floor measures 110 square metres, for a total of 220 square metres of space. The idyllic location offers views of unspoiled countryside and hills for miles around, though Cingoliproper is only ten minutes away by car, and the town of San Severino Marche is not far away either. For centuries, the town has been admired for its clean, refreshing air, once making it an ideal destination for prolonged stays to escape “outbreaks of the plague and malaria”. At an altitude of 600 metres, it has a tradition of welcoming vacationersseeking relief from the summer heat.
