Serra de' Conti, Ancona, Marche, Italia
An extremely well restored farmhouse in Serra Dè Conti, in the province of Ancona in the Senigallia area. Completely renovated in accordance with strict anti-earthquake standards, the main house is 312 square meters, the outbuilding is 56 square meters (potentially turning it into another apartment since it already has the necessary sanitary connections). Next to the outbuilding there is a car port for two cars.
There is also a third building of 50 square meters currently used as a storage space; also a water well with a small adjoining hut.
The main house has four large rooms with bathrooms and showers, very bright, with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. A large kitchen with double French windows opening onto the outside veranda, from which you can enjoy the panorama of the surrounding hills and villages. The cooker is modern in style with six burners, large fridge, fryer and grill. There is an adjoining fireplace to warm yourself on cold winter evenings. A study with internet connection. Laundry room and storage room.
On the upper floor, in addition to the bedrooms with bathrooms – one of which is ensuite with a large jacuzzi – there is a beautiful living room with beamed ceiling and terracotta tiles, as well as an adjoining study.
Terracotta floors, wooden window frames, modern style kitchen, underfloor heating, internet connectivity.
The outbuilding is currently used as wine cellar, but it has all the potential to be transformed into a spacious flat with bathroom, as it already has water and drainage connections. Outside there is a wooden carport with space for two cars.
The 50 square metre storage space is the third building on the property, as well as a water well that looks like a small hut.
Positioned on a gentle hill from which you can admire the view of the villages of Ostra Vetere and Barbara, the property is accompanied by a plot of land of almost one hectare (exactly 9078 square metres), part of which is cultivated with DOC red vines, part with olive groves and also space for a small vegetable plot and possibly a swimming pool.
Easily accessible from the main Arcevia – Senigallia road, it is about 3km from the village of Serra Dè Conti where there are supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. The coast at Senigallia can be reached in about thirty minutes by a well-maintained tarmac road. The A14 motorway is just 30 minutes away on an asphalted road.
