Between Filottrano and Montefano there is a beautiful farmhouse surrounded by a plot of land over a surface of one hectare and a half, partfly fenced, in a panoramic location.

You can get to the house by a comfortable paved road, onle the last meters are unpaved but well mantained.

The shores are averagely 25 minutes’ drive, that is the stunning Conero Riviera. Recanati is not far away.

Ancona is 40 minutes’ drive, and Osimo is 10 minutes’ drive.
