A small farmhouse in the hills of Senigallia, approximately 10 km from the velvet beaches of this famous and beautiful seaside town on the Adriatic Sea. It is reached via a convenient asphalt road that leads to Ostra, and then you take a dirt road, surrounded by oaks and olive groves.

The scent of the sea is immediately noticeable; the first salty breeze settles on these small promontories, bringing much freshness in the summer. The house is positioned high, offering a beautiful panorama and a garden with centuries-old trees, as well as a vegetable garden and orchard.
