Castello House

In the town of Castelplanio, 3490 people live. It is situated on a hill at 305 meters above sea level, about thirty kilometers from the sea, while the nearest airport is 25 kilometers away. The town has a small historic center, inhabited both in winter and summer. All services are available, partly because there is a convenient highway in the valley, making it easy to reach larger cities such as Jesi (15 km), Fabriano and the Umbria region (35 km), and the capital Ancona (45 km).

In the town, there is a renowned bakery, a pharmacy, a grocery store, a pizzeria with a wood-fired oven, and a post office. If you don’t go down to the valley, you stay on a kind of plateau where you can walk through small villages, admiring the sea on one side and the wooded mountains on the other side. The area is also beautiful for cycling.

Palazzetto is in excellent structural condition, covering a gross area of 268 square meters over four floors. There is a garage that needs to be renovated, with an area of 59 square meters, which could be transformed into a pleasant tavern with a fireplace. The accessory building is accessible both from the main house and from a private internal road that runs alongside a beautiful forest.

The house has three bedrooms, a large room, other rooms between the floors, two nice bathrooms, a lovely eat-in kitchen with a large balcony that can accommodate ornamental and aromatic plants. There is also a small office on the roadside.
