Casa Murazzano

In the ancient village of Murazzano, a few kilometers from Sassoferrato, we offer this stone house with a small outdoor area. It extends over two floors, plus a third floor containing the cellar, along with a small outdoor space and two terraces.

On the ground floor, there is an eat-in kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kitchenette, and table and chairs. Outside the kitchen’s French windows, a terracotta floor hidden by a hedge creates a cozy nook perfect for outdoor dining in summer.

Outside the house, there is a small private space where you can also park your car.

Also on the same floor, there is a small dining room with a small storage room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. A few steps down leads to the very large and bright living room with a dining table and a sitting area with a fireplace. Outside, there is a lovely terrace offering magnificent views.

The living room leads to the upper floor, where there’s a beautiful, spacious and bright bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and two large windows, including a French window leading to the terrace. The view is also breathtaking.

Another room, also on the same floor, currently features a single bed. There’s a beautiful bathroom with a shower, decorated with charming details.

A very large staircase leads to the cellar below the living room.
