A farmhouse to be totally rebuilt, a ruin of a farmhouse located on a ridge to the south, from which you can admire the entire countryside of Staffolo and Cingoli up to the Apennine mountains.
There are two buildings and you can choose which of the two to rebuild, covering a total area of 250 square meters, it is also possible to build a swimming pool.
The plot of land is 8000 square meters all already fenced and with a gate. The power line is present and the water is nearby. It is located about 6/7 km from Jesi and about 30 minutes from the sea.It is one of the many sharecropping houses scattered around the region Marche. From the fifteenth century onwards, sharecropping became the undisputed protagonist of the rural history of the region Marche. The fields take that characteristic “irregular” shape and “with a typical quadrangular, trapezoidal, triangular shape, according to the implicit suggestion of the hills, while at the base of them the shapes, less affected by the slopes, have a more choppy course”. The survey on rural houses in 1933 recorded 112,520 peasant houses in the region Marche
