Farmhouse in good structural condition located in the countryside near Recanati, a town not far
from the Adriatic coast of the Conero Riviera.
The house is set out over 280 square meters on two floors, and boasts a 40-square-metre terrace, a
true rarity in terms of building permission in this area.
The house is composed as follows: on the ground floor there are rooms ready to be transformed into
living spaces, currently used as storage space and stables.
