Villa della Rovere

A beautiful building in the heart of the region Marche, less than 30 minutes’ drive from the Adriatic Sea, surrounded by a luxuriant natural landscape and a stunning view over the Appenine Mountains. The property is located lessa than 500 meters from the town and it can be reached by foot or by bike. The road is comfortable and asphalted.

The former owners of the villa were the Della Rovere Counts, at the beginning is used to be a horse center, just because the property is surrounded by a 3 hectares plot of land, which is mainly flat land and the remaining area is woods. Later on the property was turned into a successful and renowned hotel and restaurant.
The main countryhouse was restored in 2001 and the total surface including countryhouse and other outbuildings is averagely 1200 square meters. On the ground floor of the main countryhouse there is the restaurant area , that could host up to 470 people, then the kitchens, changing room for the staff, bathrooms, offices, bar and reception. On the first floor there are 10 bedrooms, each one has its own bathroom.

In this area you could host celebration parties up to one thousand people, while the swimming pool, which is 12 x 25 meters large, is located in a more private area of the villa. The real estate is regularly registered at the New Urban Building Cadastral Registry of the Municipality of Cingoli. It could be turned into a beauty farm or an accomodating facility.
