Farmhouse Querciabella

The farm sits at 450 metres on the hillsides in the area between Cingoli and Staffolo. Located in a
stunning setting, it has extraordinary panoramic views across the Adriatic Sea, which provides a
gently refreshing onshore sea breeze. The farm is suitable for both agriculture and animal rearing,
with the opportunity of creating a working farmhouse or B&B.
The farmhouse, in good condition and currently inhabited, is about 250 square metres on two floors:
on the first floor there are two apartments with independent entrances, of about 100 square metres
each. On the ground floor rooms still used for farming purposes can be easily converted into living
space, given the height of ceilings and large entrances currently used for agricultural vehicles.
Additionally, there’s an impressively large loft space.
There are two agricultural outbuildings: one of 300 square metres, constructed of iron and brick, and
the other a stable of 200 square metres built in the 1990s in reinforced concrete, suitable for cattle
and sheep, or an additional farm outbuilding for use as a garage, cellar or barn.
The house is surrounded by 9 hectares of agricultural land, superbly sited, and easily workable with
modern farm machinery. Currently cultivated as a large arable area, it would, however, be suitable
for planting vineyards, olive groves, or turned over to cattle and sheep grazing
