Casale Colleverde

Casale Colleverde is located in the countryside between Staffolo and Cupramontana, both towns visible from the property which includes the main farmhouse, two outbuildings and surrounding land of around one hectare.

The main house is around 280 square meters, has been completely renovated and is immediately habitable. It comes connected to mains water and uses LPG for heating, and there is also an open fireplace.

The kitchen is habitable and opens onto the porch from which you can relax and admire the beautiful surrounding countryside. The porch faces south west, and is capable of being enclosed to obtain more covered floor space.

On the ground floor we find a large living room, an additional guest bedroom and a laundry area with a bathroom. On the first floor there’s a large entrance hall, four bedrooms each with two windows; there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and a balcony. The original terracotta floor has been well maintained and has been smoothed and polished.

On the ground floor, conversely, the floor has been laid with new terracotta. The porch has wooden beams and roof tiles.

The renovation was conducted in accordance with all anti-seismic rules.

There are two outbuildings, one of about 40 square meters and the other of about 80 square meters.

The land is around one hectare where it would be possible to install a swimming pool.

The village of Staffolo is located about 2km away, with Jesi at 16km.

Ancona International Airport is about 30km away, and the Adriatic Sea about 35km.
