Casale Bellavista is a completely restored farmhouse with cotto tiles covered terrace and infinity pool in a unique panorama landscape near to Senigallia.

Location:

As always for real estate properties:the location counts. This is unique. The house is on the top of a hill in the countryside surrounding Senigallia South and West oriented. And the house is next to the sandy beaches. Senigallia beaches are the best in Marche. It is known as the Velvet Beach. 13 km of very fine golden sand. Condition:

The farmhouse has been completely renovated in 2012/2014. All the used materials are of exquisite and absolutely high quality. The material used for the ground floor is cotto with underfloor heating system, while on the first floor oak parquet has been applied. The rooms have also been made very luminous and have in the ground floor floor to ceiling windows with access to the terraces. Every bedroom has two sides of windows, so that light and air between indoors and outdoors could be exchanged.

Buildings:

The main house is about 180 sqm spread over two floors. It is a very bright farmhouse, west and south oriented terraces.The ground floor is an entrance roomw with stairs to the first floor, a big furnished kitchen with dining place and with a door to the south facing terrace, a living room with open fireplace and access to the west terrace, a sauna with shower and a separate closet. On the first floor there are three cozy bedrooms with view to the surroundings and one big bathroom. This is particularly worth mentioning because this roofing is only permitted to a limited extent in the Marche and provides the veranda with the coolness in the hot summer months that a sunshade does not allow. This area offers a cool area for dining, relaxing and seeing the sundown behind the hills.

The house is completely new furnished in 2018 with the support of an german interior architect.
