Old farmhouse with a lot of character located in the hills around Treia, not far from Macerata. Treia itself is a town of high historical value, with a city center full of beautiful artistic buildings, surrounded by medieval walls. It is no coincidence that it is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
The countryside is very elegant and lush, with an opening on the hills that ends with the view of the Sibillini mountains in the background. Macerata and its historic university, its Sferisterio theater very active in the summer, its lively historic center, full of clubs is just 17 km away.
Belsole is a very suggestive house, it is located in a very secluded but not isolated location. Nearby there are other farmhouses that however cannot be seen, as well as very popular inns or farmhouses.
