A small borgo in Conero Park

Nestled in the Conero Natural Park, close to golf courses and about 4 km from the beaches of Numana and Sirolo, this recently renovated property partially serves as a tourist facility.

It consists of four apartments of various sizes ranging from 85 to 116 sqm, almost all permanently occupied by the current owners, and a second building with seven rooms and seven bathrooms managed as a Bed&Breakfast facility, featuring a separate outdoor area designated as a solarium surrounded by a beautiful garden. For a total of  388 sqm

A third building is used as a breakfast area or space for parties or ceremonies: 203+ 20 sqm

The main building is made of classic Conero stone, a historic building because the quarry from which this beautiful stone is sourced has not been in production for some time.

The second building, also recently renovated, has been reconstructed in compliance with strict anti-seismic laws and is made of plastered concrete. For a total of 223 sqm

Inside, the stone building features a modern and bright design: white parquet floors, light doors, and bleached wood ceilings. This lighting evokes the characteristic white beaches of the Conero.

The apartments are spacious, each equipped with a kitchen, living room, and bedrooms with bathrooms.

The third building acts as a wildcard, suitable for breakfasts or small private parties.

The surrounding green space is lined with tall trees, and there is also space to build a swimming pool, which the current owners have not considered due to the proximity to the beautiful beaches.

In Numana, there is also a small harbour for sailing boats and small vessels, plus a shuttle service to reach the wonderful beaches of “Le due sorelle”, “dei gabbiano”, “Portonovo”, and “Mezzavalle”, extending even to Trave with beautiful white cliffs that make it feel like being in a swimming pool.

The Conero promontory is geologically an extension of the Apennine mountains, a unique environment because it is a mountain located on the Adriatic Sea, with significant Mediterranean influences, which from a natural perspective still offers an idea of what the Adriatic coast could have been like until the Middle Ages; with small lakes and water springs, so much so that ships would dock there to replenish.
