Farmhouse Conero

Few km from the old town of Ancona there is this ruin of a casa colonica located in the woods, to be completely rebuilt. The farmhouse has two floors over 200 square meters with an urban courtyard of averagely 1500 square meters, and it is possible to request other plots of land. The road needs to be repaired, the foundament is good. Water and electricity is not available at the moment.

The farmhouse is located in the area of Conero Park. The shores of Portonovo is averagely 7 km away. The old town of Ancona is 4 km away.
