Marche Country Homes in Loro Piceno ( MC)  is delighted to offer this wonderful farmhouse in the Marche province of Macerata, just a few kilometres from the Fiastra Abbey estate, at 1 km from   the town  and approx 20km from the elegant provincial capital of Macerata.

The farmhouse is located less than a kilometre from the town, yet is still immersed in the unspoilt, peaceful countryside, is south-facing, blessed with uninterrupted views of the hills that stretch as far as the renowned Sibillini Mountains, and not far from the ancient Roman ruins of Urbisaglia. This is the Marche in all its elegance, where the architecture of the scattered countryside farmhouses is tinged with the warm hues of ochre red brick, of porticoes reminiscent of ancient medieval houses, of arcades and brick arches that are not found just anywhere, but are characteristic of these places in the upper Macerata area.

Querciantica Farmhouse is set over three floors, has two entrances and for this reason it could easily be divided into two apartments. In fact it already has two kitchens, located on separate floors.

The entrance to the property is reminiscent of an imposing villa. An automatic gate opens onto a small avenue that leads to a courtyard, where there is a 20-square-metre brick outbuilding, and the western entrance of the house through an archway, which could be closed off if so desired to expand what could become a ground floor apartment. The garden is also extremely tasteful: secular oaks and cypresses adorn a lawn surrounded by laurel hedges, and there’s a small but convenient vegetable garden, for those who love to grow their own fruit and vegetables.
