Adriatic Farm

A small farm facing the sea, in the south of the Marche, about 3km from the beaches of Porto Sant’Elpidio. Consisting of two farmhouses and an outbuilding, it includes two-and-a-half hectares of land, and with its sea views it feels like Paradise.

The property is reached by a well-maintained road, not far from a small village, and as soon as you arrive you’llappreciate the owner’s deep love of plants and trees.

The third building is a farmhouse requiring restoration, 125 square meters over two floors, overlooking the sea.

The land is planted with olive trees and fruit orchards, as well as many classic Mediterranean shrubs, a large vegetable garden which is almost a real farmyard with geese and chickens! There is also a well!

In short, this is a living farm close to the Adriatic Sea, and delightfully difficult to find! The hamlet, less than 500 meters away, has a supermarket, pharmacy, bar, post office and primary school. A 3km trip and you’ll be in Porto Sant’Elpidio with its convenient access to the A14 motorway.
