San Biagio Farmhouse

Casale San Biagio, in Filottrano, is located in an incredibly beautiful setting, with glorious panoramic views of the countryside between Ancona and Macerata, the distant Sibillini Mountains and nearby villages such as Cingoli and Filottrano, as well as the woodlands around the magnificent eighteenth-century Villa Centofinestre in Filottrano. It is located just 18 minutes from the Conero beaches and can be reached via a good asphalted road with just the last few metres on a well-maintained white road.
The farmhouse dates back to the nineteenth century, is about 350 square meters and includes an agricultural outbuilding. Although partially collapsed, all the bricks can be recycled for re-use in renovation work, as well as all the roof tiles.
The surrounding courtyard garden is about 5000 square meters. The nearby village can be reached on foot, with Filottrano less than three minutes away by car. Osimo is less than 10 minutes away.
