Marche Rustico

Marche Rustico is a charming stone farmhouse set  in an extraordinary position with view over the landscape and surrounded by one hectare plot of land.

It looks like a small ” borgo”  composed of three buildings, all of them were recently restored and earthquake-proof. You get the feeling of living  in a cosy and discreet place, immersed into the nature.

The main building is the actual house, over a surface of 175 square meters on two floors, eight rooms, stunning details and you can enjoy living in a country house with your friends and family, keeping a tight bond with the outdoors area.

Marche Rustico is  located is in the province of Ancona, less than thirty minutes from the seaside, fifteen minutes from the city of Jesi, between the towns of Cupramontana and Arcevia.

On the ground floor, there is a beautiful large stonework kitchen, a small sitting room with a beautiful fireplace, a larger sitting room, a bathroom, and a storage closet.

The first outbuilding: a large living room with fireplace, a bathroom, one room, on the underground floor there is a large garage for two cars.

The second outbuilding: a large and equipped kitchen, a utility room for gardening equipment, a porch where during the summer you can have lunch.
