Fratta Farmhouse

Fratta Farmhouse is a farmhouse with a plot of land of 7,5 hectares located uphill, it would be the right place to become a farm or an agritourist facility, because it is just 4 km far from the town Fratte Rosa.
Fratta Farmhouse covers a surface of averagely 370 square meters, and there is an outbuilding of averagely 30 square meters with a wood oven, which was already renovated.
The plot of land includes an olive grove with a quincunx pattern over a surface of averagely 2,5 hectares and 500 olive trees, the remaining is agricultural land. There are two wells connected to a tank for irrigation.
Fratta Farmhouse is freestanding but it is not isolated at all. There is a good road which ends into the property. Drinkable water from public waterworks is already connected, while electricity is nearby the house.

Fratte Rosa is a famous borgo for the manufacturing of terracotta pottery, located upon a high hill between the valley of rivers Cesano and Metauro where you can look over the sea. There is a supermarket, café and restaurant, and several shops selling local terracotta products.

Fano is averagely 35 km away; Fossombrone is averagely 12 km away.
