Angeli Bauernhaus

Located a few kilometres from the Adriatic Sea, and not far from Recanati, this farmhouse is immersed in the soothing hilly countryside ofthe province of Macerata, among gentle slopes and valleys, and smallvillagesperched high up and keeping vigil.

This is a medium-large farmhouse, built overin time and at different occasions, depending on the needs of the farmer’s family, for this reason, one can choose to renovate all of the existing building volume however it is also possible to reduce it,since next to the main building forming the nucleus there are a number of evident add-ons..

The farmhouse itself is 200 m² which is the residentialpart of the property and registered with the Land Registry Office as such, then there are other built-up volumesthat can be easily convertedto residential units:  expigsty, the barn, the firewoodshed, and the granary. The main building can be restored maintaining the original layout of the classic Marchigianafarmhouse: gable roof and external staircase.
