Carlottina Bauernhaus

Set  in the countryside around  Montefano, among the hills that gently give way one after the other, we found this farmhouse with a fairnumber of trees and a lovely, unspoilt panoramic view DEVOID OF DISTURBING CONSTRUCTIONS. The farmhouse is not far from a major city like Macerata, which is about 13 km away, while the sea is about 22 km far  and the nearest village is about 5 km.

It’s a typical building of Le Marche countryside, a traditional farmhouse that, despite time, keeps its original elements and character  useful during renovation in order to preserve the soul of the place. ( genius loci)  In the long distance we can see rows of oaks and olive trees, a soothing atmosphere where time seems to stop.

The house has two floors and it has the classic external stairs leading to what, once, used to be the inhabited part of the building, where the farmer  and his family used to live, while the stables were on the ground floor. The history of our Marchigiana culture is partly preserved in these rural buildings  protected by Landscape Regulations and must retain a few specific elements while others can be modified to the advantage of those who will go and live there.

The farmhouse is about 380 m2, with additional, noteworthy 25 m2 of agricultural annex and two small buildings totalling 18 m2.

The land/courtyyard surrounding the house is 3350 m2 but, if you  want  to get  more land, it’s possible to purchase up to 40000 m2 (price to be agreed upon).

Water and electric power supply connections are present and the road is in good conditions
