This building is one of a kind, a well-kept proof of the historical past of the region Marche. It is an uncommon and precious rural building, a foursquare building built in the eighteenth century. It was originally owned by the Papal States as you can see from the emblem IHS, that is the emblem of Jesuits.
The rural building is located upon a hill close to Recanati, only 6 km far from the Adriatic coast. Since the property is close to the seaside, you can enjoy the beautiful panorama of the sea.
The main house covers a surface of 952 square meters on two floors. The regulations in force (i.e. the so-called “Piano Casa” on residential buildings) allow the future owners to enlarge the surface up to 2000 square meters. This could be the case if the building were turned into an accommodation facility, a hotel or a large guesthouse, since its location is close to the seaside and the city of Macerata, the industrial districts of Civitanova Marche and Fermo. In the house the basic services are connected, such as public water and electricity.
In relation to the external area, several agricultural outbuildings cover altogether a surface of 650 square meters. The property is sold with a plot of land of one hectare, but if necessary, you could buy a large plot of land, that could be used for outdoors activities to enjoy the beautiful panorama and the surrounding natural landscape. The house is located in a connected area, since the main roads are nearby, and the location is in a stunning position, in a privileged area and separated from the urban areas. The location is quiet and evocative; the gentle hills of poet Giacomo Leopardi are there at hand, as they have been described in his poems, something uncommon and very precious indeed, a distinctive feature of the region Marche.
The negotiation for the sale of the property is strictly confidential, although we can show you at our Agency plans, feasibility studies and suggestion for the renovation works.
