Het ligt op een heuvel dat een heerlijk uitzicht geniet op het suggestieve omliggende landschap &#8211; tussen de provincies Ancona en Macerata &#8211; zo geliefd door Leopardi \u2013 maar ook van de klokkentoren van Osimo en de berg Conero (direct aan zee).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Het huis moet volledig gerestaureerd worden, en is <strong>een groot historisch gebouw<\/strong>, eigendom van lokale adellijke familie adel en in gebruik is in deelpacht. Het <strong>gebouw is meer dan 500 m2 groot<\/strong>, maar een eventuele renovatie maakt het mogelijk om het volume te verhogen naar de wens van de klant. Het pand leent zich bijzonder goed om onderverdeeld te worden in appartementen, en te verhuren aan toeristen.
