Vandaag laten wij u <\/span>drie voorstellen voor een rustiek landhuis<\/b> in Le Marche ontdekken: twee in de provincie Ancona, tussen glooiende heuvels met zeezicht, en \u00e9\u00e9n in Montefeltro, in een omgeving waar de tijd in de renaissance lijkt stil te staan.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Panden die elegantie en rustieke charme combineren, <\/span>vakkundig gerestaureerd<\/b> met ingrepen die enerzijds de interessantste kenmerken van de oorspronkelijke gebouwen behouden en anderzijds modernisering bieden volgens hedendaagse bouwcriteria, ook voor aardbevingsbestendigheid.<\/span><\/p>\n

Luxueuze woningen die ieder iets unieks en oorspronkelijks hebben, <\/span>geschikt voor eigen gebruik of om een succesvolle activiteit te beginnen<\/b>, dankzij de vele waardevolle kenmerken en de goed bereikbare maar discrete ligging.<\/span><\/p>\n

Casale San Martino in Montecarotto (AN)<\/span><\/h2>\n

Het <\/span>eerste rustieke landhuis<\/b> dat wij onder uw aandacht brengen ligt in <\/span>Montecarotto<\/b>, een gemeente in de provincie Ancona met iets meer dan 1.800 inwoners. <\/span>Het betreft een boerderij die de afgelopen jaren volledig is gerenoveerd volgens de <\/span>nieuwste bouw- en aardbevingsbestendige technieken<\/b>, terwijl de interessantste details van de oude bouwwijze zijn behouden.
\n<\/span>Onder andere de dikke muren, zoals ze vroeger werden gebouwd, zijn intact gebleven. Ze houden de vertrekken warm in de winter en koel in de warme periode van het jaar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Het <\/span>Casale San Martino<\/a> ligt midden in het groen<\/b> en biedt panoramisch uitzicht over de omliggende heuvels tot aan zee. Het wordt verkocht inclusief meubels en zelfs enkele waardevolle voorwerpen van de familie die het momenteel bezit. <\/span>Het heeft twee verdiepingen met in totaal elf vertrekken. Buiten is er ook een volledig gerenoveerd <\/span>bijgebouw<\/b> dat tot een gastenverblijf kan worden omgevormd. Er is zelfs een derde gebouw, dat nog moet worden gerestaureerd. <\/span>Ook kan een zwembad worden aangelegd in een volledig besloten omgeving. Er is al ongeveer een hectare grond met een wijngaard, olijfgaard en boomgaard.<\/span><\/p>\n

Casone Mercatello in Mercatello sul Metauro (PU)<\/span><\/h2>\n

Een <\/span>rustiek landhuis midden in Montefeltro<\/b>, de streek van de <\/span>renaissance<\/b>: het gaat niet toevallig om een complex uit de 16e eeuw, met prachtig uitzicht op de glooiende heuvels van de regio en omringd door weelderige natuur. <\/span><\/p>\n

Het omvat <\/span>drie gebouwen met een oppervlakte van 1151 m\u00b2<\/b>, als een klein gehucht, aangevuld met <\/span>twee hectare park en grond<\/b>, op 4 km van Mercatello sul Metauro. De restauratie van Casone Mercatello<\/strong><\/a> vond ongeveer tien jaar geleden plaats, met behoud van de oorspronkelijke vroegrenaissancekenmerken. <\/span>Een uniek pand met vele mogelijkheden op een uitzonderlijke plek, waar u zich verliest in een tijd die verdwenen leek maar hier nog voortleeft.<\/span><\/p>\n

Casale del Re in Morro d\u2019Alba (AN)<\/span><\/h2>\n

Casale del Re<\/strong><\/a>, het laatste rustieke landhuis dat wij voorstellen, ligt in <\/span>Morro d\u2019Alba<\/b>, in de provincie Ancona, in de heuvels boven de Adriatische Zee. De omgeving telt verschillende 19e-eeuwse patrici\u00ebrswoningen en hoogwaardige wijngaarden voor Lacrima-wijn. <\/span>Het pand omvat een <\/span>hoofdgebouw<\/b> van meer dan 400 m\u00b2, een <\/span>bijgebouw van ongeveer 50 m\u00b2<\/b>, een <\/span>garage van 100 m\u00b2<\/b> en een <\/span>zwembad van 20 \u00d7 6 m<\/b>, plus een volledig omheind erf van een halve hectare.<\/span><\/p>\n

Het pand is <\/span>volledig gerestaureerd volgens de huidige aardbevingsbestendige criteria<\/b> en werd in 2015 voltooid. Het beschikt over volledige bouwdocumentatie die geheel in orde is. <\/span>Een elegant, modern pand dicht bij zee, met een tegelijk adellijk en rustiek karakter. Perfect voor wie in volledige privacy wil wonen zonder moderne voorzieningen op te geven.<\/span><\/p>\n
