Montefeltro Molen

Beside the Montefeltro Mill mill sits a big horse-chestnut, they are the same age, who knows how many things they have seen together. The small Montefeltro Mill by the river has a surface of 50 square meters, to be restored, with a small garden of 1000 square meters, it is located in a small village in the Montefeltro area, 15 minutes far from Urbino and 40 minutes far from Fano.

The structure of the building is good, though municipal water needs to be connected (to the mill, sic!) and also electricity, which is not very expensive because there are some neighbors nearby.
