Villa Nidastore: in the heart of Montefeltro<\/span><\/h2>\n

Villa Nidastore<\/b><\/a> with private chapel is located very close to <\/span>Nidastore<\/b>, a town symbol of the Renaissance which was part of the Duchy of Montefeltro. A villa with a glorious past, it was the residence of a powerful family of agricultural landowners. <\/span>The square footage is impressive<\/b>, for a total of about 1245 square meters. The <\/span>Monastery of Santo Stefano<\/b><\/a> has been restored in such a way as to include <\/span>several autonomous living areas<\/b>, compared with 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 3 kitchens with living room and sitting room with fireplace. There is no shortage of <\/span>options in the name of luxury<\/b>, such as the presence of a Jacuzzi or a suite with shower as well as, outside, the swimming pool, located in an external and discreet area, where it is natural to relax.<\/span><\/p>\n

A structure where you can breathe the spirituality of ancient times, located in a position close to various places of cultural and naturalistic interest: it is in fact easy to reach and pleasant to live all year round, making it suitable as an activity in the hospitality sector and for events.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is located on the top of a hill near the charming town of San Severino Marche and while remaining located in an intimate and discreet area, where nature is at its best, it does not appear isolated. The house dates back to the <\/span>eighteenth century<\/b> and the avenue takes care of welcoming us, with its imposing centuries-old horse chestnut trees. It is an example of patrician architecture that has come down to us almost intact, complete with a park and olive grove.<\/span><\/p>\n

The structure includes 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen, cellars, a laundry room and even a tower once intended for servants. The total floor area is 600 m2, the conditions are good.<\/span><\/p>\n
