For those in love with the coast, the Monte Conero Park is particularly appealing, offering some of the most crystalline water in the Adriatic, in addition to its surrounding lush vegetation. No less attractive are the Frasassi Caves, known throughout the world for their unadulterated beauty, as well as towns such as Fabriano, Jesi and Osimo.<\/p>\n

Choosing a farmhouse to renovate in the Ancona Province is also a rewarding choice from the cultural perspective, given the numerous events and other important historical festivals in the area. This is the perfect place to stay immersed in nature, in an outstanding dwelling, while at the same time being a stone’s throw from cultural events and other services.<\/p>\n

Farmhouses to renovate in the Filottrano Area<\/span><\/h2>\n

Filottrano is a town located in the hilly parts of Ancona Province and has origins stretching back to ancient times. Founded in the early Middle Ages, the area has been settled since the earliest recorded history.<\/p>\n

While it has a strong agricultural tradition, it is also characterised by its buoyant manufacturing sector, with no shortage of small to medium-sized businesses specialising in fashion and their cost-effective factory outlets.<\/p>\n

Filottrano enjoys an outstanding geographical position: just a few kilometres from the lively town of Jesi and the provincial capital of Ancona, as well as the beauty of the Conero, to name but a few. Among the most remarkable farmhouses for renovation in the Marche Country Homes catalogue in Ancona Province, we would like to highlight two in particular.<\/p>\n

The first is <\/span>Casale San Biagio<\/b><\/a>, which is located in a highly panoramic location, looking out over the area between Ancona and Macerata, a town not far from Filottrano. The Sibillini Mountains and the forest of the Villa Centofinestre in Filottrano, a building dating back to the eighteenth century, form the backdrop. The 330-square-metre property, which has been perfectly laid out, could be renovated in a new and exciting way. There is also a garden of over 5000 sqm in addition to agricultural land. A farmhouse with a masses of potential, located just a few kilometres from the most sought-after areas in the Province.<\/span><\/p>\n

A Farm House in Staffolo<\/span><\/h2>\n

The third farmhouse we are offering is located about two kilometres from Staffolo<\/strong>, up in the hills. A town that is known as the “Balcony of The Vallesina” from which you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea and which is renowned for its particularly fertile land, where wine and wheat are produced.<\/p>\n

La casa in collina<\/strong><\/a> is a property of about 180 sqm, entirely constructed in brick and in need of full restoration. There are also two outbuildings available with a total area of 50 sqm. The house could also be demolished and rebuilt with an additional volume increase of approximately 30%. The surrounding countryside is very highly attractive. Considering the proximity to the towns of Staffolo and Jesi, this property represents an extremely interesting investment.<\/span><\/p>\n
