The house is set in a ” borgo” , in an area called Montefeltro, because it belonged to the Duke Federico di Montefeltro in Urbino , one of the most important features during the Renaissance period.
The house has a very characteristic achitecture, typical of this area: the stone and the unusual style: it’s small and cosy, nevertheless it has 2 bedrooms ( possible even 3) 2 bathrooms, one habitable kitchen with a stove, a lounge with old fireplace and ceiling with old beams and tiles ( pianelle). Lots of terraces with several views and perspective of the surrounding area, a very nice panorama, clean, far from the madding crowd, despite the countryvillage is nearby ( 5 km) with lots of facilities.
There is also a small wood house for gardening.
Public water, electricity, gas. Fireplaces and stove. Stunning panorama. Good access road.
