Whether Nemesis really exists, then we might say that this…
Staffolo, Ancona, Marche, 60039, Italia
A farmhouse near the town that owes its name to wine: Staffolo comes from a Greek word that means bunch. Staffolo is the town that, together with Cupramontana, holds the largest number of wineries and wine factories for the production of the excellent local Verdicchio white wine.
A town with many inhabitants, where you can find a pharmacy, hardware store, bank, post office, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. It is located ten minutes’ drive from Jesi, 25 minutes’ drive from the airport, and 30 minutes’ drive from the sea.
The farmhouse is large, covering an area of about 300 square meters with several agricultural outbuildings that can be transformed into homes. It has been completely renovated and made habitable on the first floor with new terracotta flooring, new bathrooms, wooden double-glazed windows, electrical and thermal systems, with radiators and a fireplace. There is an LPG heating system. It is possible to install a pellet or wood stove (there is already one in the large living room).
Three bright bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large room, a sitting room with fireplace, eat-in kitchen. On the ground floor the rooms need to be renovated.
The roof has been completely restored, with insulating system, the beams are exposed with terracotta tiles. Very beautiful.
The surrounding area is about 4500 square meters all fenced. It is also possible to buy more land, because the same owner owns another four hectares, where there is also a DOC vineyard and an olive grove.
The road is excellent, asphalted. There is municipal drinking water and electricity. LPG heating.
Authentic wood oven.
